Return Policy

In the case of incorrect processing of the order or in the unfortunate case of a misprint, you have the right to return the book you received within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. Returns within Greece are made through the courier company "Speedex" or "TurnAround" and the shipping costs are borne by us.
 In the case where you wish to exchange the book with another one from our catalog, send it via "Speedex" or "TurnAround" at your own expense within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch, and clarify that you wish to exchange the book with another. In your new order from our store, please mention that this concerns a change from your previous order.
 As soon as we receive the package and the necessary check is made, we will proceed with the shipment of the new order, offsetting any financial difference. A refund will not be granted under any circumstances.

 A book can be changed provided that it is in excellent condition, without any damage done to it nor notes written on it, and the purchase receipt must be included in the package. Until it reaches us, the book is your responsibility. It is therefore important to take care of its safe transport in order to avoid any damage and therefore rendering it inappropriate to return.
