How can I order?
Ordering at the esofia.net online store is as easy as buying from a regular store. Choose one of the categories and browse the collection of products. You can use the filters above each category to limit the results according to your preferences. If you want more information about a product you like, click on it to enter its corresponding page and read a more detailed description. If you want to get the product, click on "ADD TO CART" and you will automatically be taken to the page of your order. There you can place your order or continue your search for more products.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create a personal account to order in our online store, you can make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the opportunity to save personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not have to write them down in each order as well as use the history of your orders.
How to create a personal account?
You can create your personal account by clicking on "ENTRY" from the menu on the top right of the page. You can, if you are a Facebook user, link to your Facebook registration details, or by clicking "Create a new account" to give us your details by simply filling in "Username" and a valid "E-mail address". Carefully follow the instructions on the registration page.

Can I cancel an order?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been mailed, you can cancel all or part of it. If your order has been mailed you must return it to us. In any case, contact us first to guide you accordingly.
How do I use "Cart"?
My Basket works the same way you would use your cart in a physical store. It contains all the products you choose to buy and is the last step before you buy. Allows you to track, add or remove items.
How can I see the contents in my cart?
To see the items in your Basket, click on "ADD TO CART" located on the top right of the page.
How do I add or remove items from my cart?
To add a genre to your cart, click on the "IN THE SUMMER" button, located in the product description. To remove an item, click on "MY SUMMER" located on the top right and then click "Remove". To change the quantity of items, click on "MY SUMMER" located on the top right of the page and select the number of pieces you want to order from the selector next to the product.
Where can I see the status of my order?
To see the status of your order, if you are a registered customer, after logging in to the eshop with your account details, by clicking on the username that appears on the top right of the page in a green box, you enter the page of your account . From there, by clicking on "Orders" you will be able to monitor the progress of your order until the receipt.
WAYS AND COST OF MISSION
Simple mission:
Shipments within mainland Greece are charged with a simple shipping cost of 3 euros and is made through the company "Speedex" or "TurnAround". All orders are delivered to any area in Greece, regardless of volume and weight.

Cash on delivery: (Payment upon receipt)
In case of cash on delivery the shipping costs are an additional 2 euros.
Payment by Credit Card : (the fastest and safest way to shop online)
By choosing to pay by credit card, you are transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank where after completing the payment process you return to esofia.net
esofia.net never takes your credit card details, except for the approval of your transaction by Piraeus Bank. You do not need to subscribe to esofia.net to use it.

Overseas orders are routed by credit/debit card or bank deposit and shipping costs depend on the category of place of dispatch and the weight of the books.Shipping costs are automatically displayed in your cart. Orders with delivery outside Greece may incur customs fees.
Orders within Greece are delivered in 1-10 working days.
Once your order is made, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow its progress until it reaches you.

The primary concern of our company is listing the terms that stipulate the rights and obligations to all users who will visit the site and aims to inform the user about his/her rights and obligations as well as to provide the best service when searching and accessing the books one desires to buy from the store.

A necessary condition for a transaction to commence when purchasing a book from our store is the disclosure of some of your personal data. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the books will be sent, your landline or mobile phone number, your email address, etc. We will not ask for your credit card details in the case where payment is made by card.

Esofia.net in no way discloses, publishes, sells, exchanges personal data and information with which you entrust us. Except in exceptional circumstances, your personal information may be disclosed by the company, and always in accordance with the procedure provided by the law, when this is required by a public authority, court, etc.
Esofia.net reserves the right to inform its suppliers with statistical sales statements, which in no case will contain personal information that may lead to the identification of individuals.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each book include VAT (24%), esofia.net, however, reserves the right to adjust prices.
VARIOUS ISSUES
1. AVAILABILITY
All books included in esofia.net catalogs are shipped immediately upon request. Once you have sent us your order, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, within a reasonable time, to inform you of the possible delivery date. You have the option to request the cancellation of the order if the delivery period of time is inconvenient for you.
2. Unforeseen circumstances
If, for reasons beyond our control, (that is, bad weather, strikes, etc.), it is not possible for the books to be delivered to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can clarify whether you wish to continue your order under these conditions.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
Esofia.net selects the best quality materials for the manufacture of its books, and is not responsible for any defects or poor quality of books that may have been caused when being packaged by mistake by our suppliers. However, in the event where a proven defective book is found, esofia.net assumes responsibility for the repair at its own shipping cost.
Esofia.net is not responsible for an organized attack by hackers in order to steal users' personal data, but even in this case, credit card users are protected provided the payment has been made through Piraeus Bank.
4. ADVERTISING MESSAGES
Esofia.net sends out advertising messages to its users' e-mail or postal addresses enabling one to be informed about the new books available on the market and for any other offers, payment arrangements, and so on. Esofia.net will not abuse the above service, and users are always given the option to stop receiving advertising messages.

All photographic material as well as the esofia.net logo is protected by the Law (L.2121 / 1993) on Intellectual Property and any republishing is prohibited without permission.
