Bad Life

Bad Life tells the story of Vlassis Pavlidis, a political science graduate from the University of Frankfurt, upon returning home, he faces loneliness and a stalemate in his life. Shortly afterwards, almost alcoholic and completely nihilist, he posts an ad in an 'unconventional' newspaper looking for a "person with similar traits as himself." Angelos, a gifted writer who has an enormous ego, responds to it. The two indulge in a series of grievous crimes. A few years later, Vlassis, genuinely remorseful, divulges his sinister past to his neighbour who has been a stranger up till now, revealing the darkest depths of human existence. The end of the story brings the most unpredictable twist.
